HalaPlan in your assistant
Connect HalaPlan to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant you already use. Ask who's coming, answer an invitation, plan the potluck or tell your guests about a change, in your own words.
How's my Eid dinner going?
14 people are going to Eid dinner on Saturday.
Remind everyone to bring a chair.
Here's the update. Post it to all 14 guests?
Salaam everyone! Please bring a folding chair on Saturday. See you there!
Add HalaPlan as a connector with this address, then sign in to HalaPlan when the assistant asks.

Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste the address and choose Connect.
In Settings › Apps, add a new app with the address (you may need to turn on developer mode first), then sign in.
Any assistant that supports remote MCP connectors with sign-in works: add the address as a new connector.
Assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can connect to apps you use through MCP, an open standard. Once you connect HalaPlan, the assistant can look up your events and do things for you there when you ask.
Not from HalaPlan: it's free, like the rest of HalaPlan. Your assistant may need a plan that allows connectors.
Claude and ChatGPT, and any other assistant that supports remote MCP connectors with sign-in.
Only what you could see in the HalaPlan app: your events, your notifications, and for events you host, your guest list. Guests' email addresses and payment receipts aren't shared with it. What the assistant does with that is up to the assistant's own privacy terms.
Go to Settings › Assistants on HalaPlan and choose Disconnect. You can also remove the connector in your assistant.
