Welcome to HalaPlan. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using HalaPlan

HalaPlan provides tools to plan gatherings, share invitations, manage RSVPs, and track manual payments. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Organizer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the events you create and the information you share with guests.
  • You must have a lawful basis to collect guest contact details and share event information.
  • You are responsible for communicating payment instructions and verifying payments received outside HalaPlan.

Manual payments

HalaPlan tracks payments manually in the MVP. We do not process card payments or hold funds on your behalf. Any payment arrangements are directly between organizers and guests.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use HalaPlan for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Scrape or reverse engineer the platform without permission

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant HalaPlan a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.

Disclaimer

HalaPlan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalaPlan and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including disputes between organizers and guests.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
